How long does it take to receive my order?

Handmade stickers and physical products are made to order in our Pacific Northwest studio. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once shipped standard delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on your country and local customs processing. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes. Our vinyl stickers are printed on waterproof, weather-resistant material and finished with a protective laminate. They hold up on water bottles, laptops, car windows, and outdoor surfaces. We recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight exposure to preserve the colors long-term. We also suggest to avoid washing bottles with our stickers in the dishwater - the heat and heavy water pressure can shorten the life of the sticker.

Can I get a custom sticker design?

Custom sticker designs are available through AnimPrintZ Studio. If you're looking for a completely original design built around your brand or idea reach out through email (animprintz.apz@outlook.com) and we'll discuss the details. Custom work starts at a minimum project fee — contact us to get a quote.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage and email us (animprintz.apz@outlook.com) within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right — either a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation. We stand behind everything that leaves our studio.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because our products are handmade to order we begin production quickly after an order is placed. Cancellations and changes can be accommodated within 24 hours of purchase. After that the order is likely already in production and we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust anything.

Do you accept returns?

Because each order is handmade specifically for you we don't accept returns on change-of-mind purchases. However if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described we will always make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us — reach out and we'll find a solution.

Apparel and Direct to Garment Items

How are the apparel products made?

Our apparel products are printed using direct to garment printing through Printify — one of the most trusted print-on-demand platforms available. Each item is printed and fulfilled when you order it which means no excess inventory and consistent quality. Products ship directly from the production facility to your door.

What brands and materials are used for apparel?

We work with premium print providers including Bella+Canvas, Gildan, and other quality manufacturers depending on the product. Each product listing includes the specific brand, material, and weight so you know exactly what you're getting before you order.

How do I know what size to order?

We aim to provide a size guide with exact measurements for each apparel product. We recommend measuring a shirt you already own and comparing to the size chart rather than going by your usual size since fits vary by brand and style. When in doubt size up — our designs are made to look great on a relaxed fit.

Can I see a mockup before ordering?

The product images on each listing show accurate mockups of how the design will look on the garment. Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration differences. If you have specific questions about a design or color reach out before ordering and we're happy to help.

Why does apparel take longer to ship than stickers?

Apparel items are printed to order at a production facility rather than made in our studio. Production takes 3–7 business days before shipping. This is different from our handmade stickers which we produce and ship ourselves. Both processing and shipping times are listed on each product page.

AnimPrintZ Studio Services

How does the logo design process work?

It starts with your brand questionnaire — a detailed form that helps us understand your business, your audience, your personality, and your vision. From there we develop 2–4 unique logo concepts depending on your package. You choose a direction, we refine it through revision rounds, and deliver your final files once you're completely happy with the result. The whole process typically takes 3-5 weeks from questionnaire to final delivery.

What do I receive when my logo is complete?

Every logo package includes your files in all the formats you'll ever need — SVG, PNG, PDF, and EPS. You'll receive light and dark background versions, a transparent background version, and your submark as separate files. Standard and Premium packages also include your brand color palette and font guide. Everything is delivered in an organized Google Drive folder.

Do I own my logo once it's finished?

Yes. Once your project is paid in full you receive a commercial use license to use your logo for your business across all platforms and applications. AnimPrintZ Studio retains the original design files but you have full rights to use the logo commercially without restriction.

How many revisions do I get?

The number of revision rounds depends on your package — Starter includes 2 rounds, Standard includes 3, and Premium includes unlimited revisions. A revision round means a set of considerable changes requested at one time. We ask that you consolidate your feedback into each round rather than sending changes one at a time — this keeps the process efficient and ensures the best result.

What if I don't like any of the initial concepts?

It's rare but it happens. If none of the initial concepts feel right we'll have a conversation about what's missing and develop a new direction. Our goal is a logo you genuinely love — not just one that's good enough. Your satisfaction is built into the process.

Can you work with an existing logo and just refine it?

Absolutely. Logo refinement and refresh projects are available and priced based on the scope of changes needed. Some clients come to us with a strong concept that just needs professional execution — others want a full redesign. Either way start with the Studio inquiry form and we'll discuss the best approach for your specific situation. It is important to note that in order to make edits to existing logos, we ask that you have commercial use of the image to prevent any potential copyright infringement.

How does the apparel store work and how do I earn royalties?

AnimPrintZ Studio builds and manages a branded online apparel store for your business — either a Printify pop-up store or a full Shopify storefront. Your logo goes on products, we set up the store, and when customers order your branded apparel Printify handles production and shipping automatically. You earn 10–15% of every sale as a monthly royalty paid directly to you. You never touch inventory, fulfill orders, or manage the store — we handle everything.

What is the monthly subscription fee for?

The monthly subscription covers store management — keeping your products updated, adding new items as Printify expands their catalog, making seasonal updates*, pulling your sales report, and processing your royalty payout. It's an active management service, not just a hosting fee. Your store is always current and always working for you.

Seasonal updates are an additional fee to the standard subscription cost.

Do I need to have a logo done by AnimPrintZ Studio to get an apparel store?

Not necessarily — if you already have a professional logo in the correct file formats we can work with your existing brand assets to build your store. However the best results come from a complete brand identity built from scratch because everything is designed to work together cohesively from the start.

Payments and Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure encrypted payment systems. We never store your payment information.

AnimPrintZ Studio brand design options may be paid via Venmo or Zelle due to the 50% deposit to begin the design process. Before your deposit it requested, please fill out the questionnaire or reach out to animprintz.apz@outlook.com to discuss options.

Do you require a deposit for Studio projects?

Yes. All AnimPrintZ Studio projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit before work begins with the remaining balance due upon delivery of final files. This protects both parties and ensures we can dedicate the time and resources your project deserves. Payment plans are available for larger projects — ask us about options. Prices are listed on the store website, but will not be able to be added to the cart directly.

Non-refundable deposits may be transferred to other products available in the shop.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our pricing reflects the time, skill, and value that goes into every project. We've structured our packages to be accessible at multiple price points — from our Starter logo at $400 to our full Premium package. What we offer at each price point is clearly defined and we stand behind the value. We aren't able to discount our standard packages but we're always happy to discuss which package best fits your budget and needs.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for Studio projects over $600. Reach out through our inquiry form and mention that you're interested in a payment plan — we'll work out something that makes sense for your situation.

Working Together

How do I get started with a Studio project?

Fill out our Brand Identity Questionnaire on the Logo Design page. It takes about 10–15 minutes and gives us everything we need to understand your business and vision. Once we receive your submission we'll follow up within 3-5 business days to discuss your project, confirm the package, and get your deposit processed so we can begin.

How do you communicate during a project?

All project communication happens via email. You'll receive updates at each stage — when concepts are ready, when revisions are complete, and when final files are delivered. We aim to respond to all project-related messages within 2 business days. For urgent questions you're always welcome to reach out directly.

Do you work with clients outside the Pacific Northwest?

Absolutely. AnimPrintZ Studio works with small businesses across the United States and internationally. Everything is handled digitally — questionnaire, concept presentations, revisions, and file delivery all happen online. Location is never a barrier.

Can I see examples of your work before hiring you?

Yes — our portfolio is available on the AnimPrintZ Studio page showing brand identities we've built for a range of businesses. We're also happy to share additional examples relevant to your industry upon request. Reach out through our inquiry form and ask.

Technical and Digital

What file formats will I receive?

All logo packages include your files in every format you'll need — SVG for web and digital use, PNG with transparent background for overlays and social media and PDF for print production. You'll also receive light background, dark background, and black-and-white versions.

I'm not technical — will I be able to use the files?

Absolutely. Along with your files you'll receive a brand guidelines card that clearly explains which file to use in each situation — no design knowledge required. PNG files work for almost everything a small business owner needs day to day. SVG and EPS files are there when a printer or sign maker asks for a vector file.

Can I use my logo on merchandise I sell?

Yes — your commercial use license covers use of the logo on products you sell including apparel, packaging, merchandise, and printed materials. If you have a specific use case you're unsure about feel free to ask.
